We are living right now! To be enriched, empowered and to thrive…

To live our life fully, to embrace opportunities and explore adventures, we need a solid foundation.  We need to live and embody a healthy lifestyle.

Our body, holistically, is the vehicle that we have to explore and express who we are… our passions, our ideals, our purpose…. Basically, the vehicle (and we only get one issued per lifetime), that we use to be the best version of our self we can be, in every moment.

Sadly, if we take a look around us, it becomes painfully evident, that the majority of us are living a life of misery, gluttony, depression and ill-health. We have given control of our powerful self over to Fast Foods, Quick Fixes and Instant Gratification.

Why?  If you stop and ask 10  people, you will get 10 different answers or rather different excuses.  We have become a society of chronic-excuse-telling!  Blame shifting and finger pointing with 99% of people unwilling to take ownership of their current below-par reality in whatever form.

We believe, that at the bottom of this is a crumbling foundation, a table with some shortened legs and some that have broken off long ago.

To thrive, to excel, to live life fully, we need to go back to basics and work on our foundation. We need to strengthen our pillars and build the life of our dreams on solid ground!

A lot of us wake up fully stressed before the day has even started, continuously living in fight-or-flight mode.  We are spending our days with cortisol levels elevated and our sympathetic nervous systems activated. By design, we are creatures of movement.  Our limbs and joints and tendons are intricately weaved together, to enable us to accomplish the  most amazing mobility, flexibility and strength movements that we can dream up in our wild imagination. We are what we eat, what we think as well as what we feed our minds.  We are looking at creating sustainable lifestyle changes, by instilling and embracing new healthy habits by incorporating natural lifestyle ideas and getting back to nature Sleep serves to re-energize the body’s cells, clear waste from the brain, and support learning and memory.  It even plays vital roles in regulating mood, appetite and libido
