This month we interview legend Richard Laskey. He is the proud dad of 3 beautiful daughters and works as the sales director at Modern Athlete magazine. He is one of the 8 founding members of the CHOC foundation, and is passionate about raising Cancer awareness and raising funds through the CHOC foundation for kids living with the shitty disease called cancer.

Richard is renowned for running the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon, Comrades Marathon and many other #epic races with hardly any training, and if this is not enough, he does it in a COW suit! This year Richard ran his 20th Comrades Marathon and his 10th in the COW suit.
